By accessing or using Carbonat ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Carbonat is a web-based service that transforms words into visual representations using periodic table elements. Users can create designs and purchase physical products featuring their elementalized words through our print-on-demand partners.

Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. Users under 18 must have parental consent.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Create designs containing offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

Service Content: The Carbonat service, including its design, functionality, and algorithms, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

User Content: You retain ownership of the text you input for elementalization. However, the specific visual designs generated by our service may incorporate our proprietary styling and layout.

Generated Designs: You have the right to use designs you create for personal use and for products purchased through our service.

Pricing: All prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes. Prices may change without notice, but existing orders are honored at the price paid.

Payment: We accept payments through Stripe and PayPal. Payment is required at the time of order.

Order Processing: Orders are fulfilled by our print-on-demand partners. Processing and shipping times vary by product and location.

Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible.

Defective Products: We will replace or refund products that arrive damaged or significantly different from what was ordered.

Design Errors: If a product contains an error in the elementalization that was not present in the preview, we will provide a replacement or refund.

Customer Error: Returns due to customer error (wrong size, change of mind) are generally not accepted due to the custom nature of products.

Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carbonat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
